Proposed Scope of Work (continued) <br />PHASE FOUR I IMPLEMENTATION <br />JPW Communications will implement as much or as little of the plan as needed by the City of Santa Ana. Pricing has been provided <br />for items already confirmed. Additional implementation costs can be provided as needed once the plan is completed. <br />• Key Deliverables: Comprehensive resource guide (16-page, 8.5" x 11" self -cover, full -color magazine); door hanger (jumbo, <br />doubled -sided, 5.25" x 8.5"); bus shelter advertising (sizing to be determined); banner design (sizing to be determined); <br />ambassador card (3.5" x 2"); and social media templates (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). <br />PHASE FIVE I EVALUATION <br />Project metrics will be reviewed against original goals and objectives to ensure targets are met and to determine effectiveness <br />and any course correction needs. JPW views evaluation as an ongoing process conducted throughout every step of our <br />engagement, notjust at the conclusion of a project. <br />• Key Deliverable: A full set of output and outcome metrics will be included in the comprehensive outreach plan.
