CONTRACTOR shall locate a satellite office at the Santa Ana WORK Center that would <br />be available to residents in need of services in person. CONTRACTOR Support Team staff <br />may meet with applicants in -person (by appointment) to assist those who: (1) lack access <br />to technology and internet; (2) are unfamiliar or uncomfortable completing online <br />applications; or (3) require reasonable accommodation due to a disability/impairment. <br />Appointments will be scheduled in advance and social distancing protocols, including <br />mandatory mask wearing, will be required and communicated in -advance to those in need <br />of in -person services. <br />13. CONTRACTOR will provide frequent reporting to the CITY to include but not limited to <br />the number of applicants and stages of applicants. CONTRACTOR will provide CITY with <br />Submittable access to have the ability to request reporting templates and receipts, <br />14.
