Santa Ana Police <br />BSCC 0180-18-MH <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />DATA UNIVERSAL NUMBERS SYSTEM (DUNS) <br />The Contractor/grantee (entity entering into contract with the BSCC) must maintain active <br />registration of their Data Universal Numbers System (DUNS) number, used for this Grant <br />Agreement, throughout the term of the contract. An active DUNS number is also required <br />to remain in compliance with the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act <br />(FFATA), a reporting tool Federal prime awardee (i.e. prime contractors and prime grants <br />recipients) use to capture and report sub -award and executive compensation. <br />In the event the grantee does not have a Data Universal Number, they are required to <br />obtain one by calling 866-705-5711 or apply online at www.dnb.com/ <br />A DUNS number is usually received within 2 business days. <br />Insert your Agency Duns Number: 9?3i5-3zg7 <br />
