BID AWARD Following discussion, MOTION <br />PROJECT 7149A was made by Bricken, seconded <br />APPROVED by Griset, to award the following <br />in accordance with the bid summary <br />report: <br />PROJECT 7149A - Recarpeting of Certain Offices on <br />Eighth Floor, City Hall - Public Works; C.O. Minor, <br />in the amount of $13,015.00. (Agenda Item 3B) <br />AYES: Acosta, Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, McGuigan <br />NOES: Markel <br />ABSENT: Serrato CA 89 <br />CHANGE ORDER Councilmember Luxembourger commented <br />ASSESSMENT DISTR. #246 that he was concerned that Lloyd's <br />APPROVED Bank would want to be included in <br />the pedestrian bridge project <br />proposed under the Change Order for Assessment District #246 which would <br />require further expenditure. The Director of Community Development <br />stated that Lloyd's Bank was not interested in participating at this <br />time. MOTION was made by Bricken, seconded by Griset, to approve the <br />following change order: <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT #246 - Parking Structure at Third <br />and Broadway; Donlan Construction Corporation, in an <br />amount not to exceed $100,000.00, for the construction <br />of a pedestrian bridge spanning the east -west alley <br />between the parking structure and the buildings under <br />rehabilitation on the 100 block of West Fourth Street. <br />(Agenda Item 4) <br />AYES: Acosta, Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, McGuigan <br />NOES: Markel <br />ABSENT: Serrato CA 90 <br />ABC LICENSE APP. Following discussion, MOTION <br />SIGLAR, Donald was made by Bricken, seconded <br />3664 S. Bristol by Luxembourger, to receive <br />REC'D & FILED and file staff report on the <br />following: <br />SIGLAR, Donald, 3664 S. Bristol - Original Type 41 <br />On -sale Beer & Wine, Public Eating Place. <br />PROTEST: Planning.
