A-2020-209 <br />the additional services set forth in this Fourth Amendment through May 31, 2021, with one- <br />year renewal option, such that the total for these services shall not exceed S1,160,538 <br />annually during the term of said Agreement. A revised and updated version of Contractor's <br />Pricing Proposal is attached herewith as Exhibit A-2 and incorporated herein by reference, <br />which shall supplement Exhibit B of the Second Amendment and Exhibit B-I of the Third <br />Amendment. <br />3. Section 3, the parties acknowledge that Contractor, at the City's request and authorization, <br />has been providing the services described in Exhibit A-2 since March 19, 2020.
