Ed Oth m e r <br />Our California stormwater sector lead, Ed has more than 25 years <br />of engineering experience and is a licensed California Professional <br />PE, CPESC, CPSWQ, QSP/D ToR, QISP ToR, <br />Engineer, a Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality, Qualified <br />ENV SP, PMP <br />SWPPP Practitioner and Developer, and a Qualified Industrial <br />Technical Advisor QA/QC /Grant <br />Stormwater Practitioner. He has served as Principal -in -Charge and <br />Project Manager on innumerable stormwater projects across the <br />United States which have involved the development of NPDES <br />stormwater pollution prevention and monitoring programs, preparation <br />Education <br />of erosion and sediment control guidelines, stormwater research <br />MS and BS, Civil Engineering <br />and pilot studies, NPDES illicit storm drain connection programs, <br />spill prevention studies, control and countermeasures planning, and <br />Registrations/Certifications <br />industrial stormwater pollution prevention programs. Throughout <br />• Registered Civil Engineer #57536, CA <br />his career, Ed has managed projects for federal, state, local, and <br />• Certified Professional in Erosion and <br />private sector clients.
