c. Attending meetings with City Staff or on behalf of the City <br />d. Development of Project Performance Monitoring Plans, Quality Assurance Project <br />Plans (QAPP), or similar <br />e. Conduct site visits during pre -construction, construction, and post -construction project <br />phases <br />f. Construction management support <br />g. Post -construction phase support including, but not limited to: <br />i. Local, State, and Federal Grant reporting assistance <br />ii. Stormwater sampling/monitoring/data analysis <br />iii. Stormwater quality data upload to California Environmental Data Exchange <br />Network (CEDEN) <br />iv. Project effectiveness assessments <br />v. Provide as -built drawings to the City <br />B. PROJECT SCHEDULE AND PROGRESS <br />Upon request by the City, Consultants shall submit detailed project schedules outlining all <br />project tasks and milestones. Progress review meetings shall be held at intervals deemed <br />appropriate by the City. Consultants shall furnish two copies of all completed work or status <br />update of partially completed work since the last progress review meeting. Progress reports <br />shall be submitted monthly in electronic format indicating achievements and project schedule <br />progress. <br />C. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City will provide information in its possession relevant to the completion of the tasks <br />outlined in this RFP. In general, this includes, but is not limited to: <br />• Furnish scope of work and provide general direction as needed for the assigned project <br />• Plan check coordination within the City <br />• Advertise, award, and administration of construction contract <br />• Documents, data, maps, or information relevant to the design of the project <br />• Electronic files (sample plans & specifications, City of Santa Ana's CADD Standards) <br />• Electronic files for title sheets and sheet borders <br />• Facilitate meeting space and coordination at City facilities <br />D. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />ADDITIONAL WORK <br />Upon request by the City, Consultants shall submit supplemental proposals for Additional <br />Work not called for under the Scope of Services of this Agreement.
