CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2019-38 – Jerry Guevara, Case Planner, <br /> <br />LOCATION: 542 East Central Avenue located in the Single-Family Residence (R-1) zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />REQUEST: The applicant is requesting approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-38 to <br />allow the construction of a rectory building. <br /> <br />Case Planner Guevara provided a staff presentation. Commission discussion ensued <br />regarding the site plan. <br /> <br />Chair McLoughlin opened the Public Hearing at 6:24 p.m. The applicant spoke in support of <br />the matter. There were no other public speakers and the Public Hearing was closed at 6:27 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2020-01.
