One Broadway Plaza will alsodegrade the health and safety of our community, and the quality of life for thousands of Santa Anaresidents who reside there.
Traffic already has a stranglehold on these neighborhoods, and One Broadway Plaza will only worsenthat problem. One Broadway Plaza will construct over 500,000 square feet of new developed space, build402 apartment units, 18 floors of office space, a restaurant and retail businesses with zero neighborhood-specific traffic mitigations.
In response to the One Broadway Plaza project the neighborhoods of Logan, Lacy, French Court,Downtown and French Park (the Neighborhoods) DEMAND that the Planning Commission requirephysical traffic mitigation and calming requirements be placed on the project for the benefit of theNeighborhoods.

The Neighborhoods propose the One Broadway Plaza project;

1. Prepare a Master Traffic Mitigation and Calming Plan

2. Master Traffic Mitigation and Calming Plan must have the written satisfaction of the City of SantaAna, and the written satisfaction of the Neighborhoods

3. Will plan, design and construct all physical improvements identified in the Master Traffic Mitigationand Calming Plan
