The Neighborhoods propose the One Broadway Plaza project; 1. Prepare a Master Traffic Mitigation and Calming Plan 2. Master Traffic Mitigation and Calming Plan must have the written satisfaction of theCity of Santa Ana, and the written satisfaction of the Neighborhoods 3. Will plan, design and construct all physical improvements identified in the Master TrafficMitigation and Calming Plan 4. The Master Traffic Mitigation and Calming Plan will include, but not be limited to thefollowing traffic mitigation and calming measures: * Diverters, including turn restrictions, physical barriers and signage, to stop vehicles at keylocations from entering the neighborhoods, and to move vehicle traffic away, and on tolarger thoroughfares. *. Diverters and Calming Measures should include: · Curb extensions and signage to divert vehicle traffic, and reduce the crossing distance for pedestrians · Barriers and planters to restrict vehicles while allowing pedestrians and bicycles to pass
