Prepare a Master Traffic Mitigation and Calming Plan <br /> <br />2. Master Traffic Mitigation and Calming Plan must have the written satisfaction of theCity of Santa Ana, and the written satisfaction of the Neighborhoods <br /> <br />3. Will plan, design and construct all physical improvements identified in the Master TrafficMitigation and Calming Plan <br /> <br />4. The Master Traffic Mitigation and Calming Plan will include, but not be limited to thefollowing traffic mitigation and calming measures: <br /> <br />* Diverters, including turn restrictions, physical barriers and signage, to stop vehicles at keylocations from entering the neighborhoods, and to move vehicle traffic away, and on tolarger thoroughfares. <br /> <br />*. Diverters and Calming Measures should include: <br /> <br />· Curb extensions and signage to divert vehicle traffic, and reduce the crossing <br />distance for pedestrians <br /> <br />· Barriers and planters to restrict vehicles while allowing pedestrians and bicycles to <br />pass
