Traffic: I am concerned about traffic and the lack of mitigation to lessen and <br />divert car and truck traffic away from nearby neighborhoods. Many high- <br />density housing projects are in the works it this area of Santa Ana (2,146 <br />housing units) and it's going to be devastating to the way of life we enjoy <br />now. Currently the city is agreeing to use statistics from a 16 year old study on <br />what mitigation is needed; the project needs a new environmental impact
