Prior to issuance of any <br />construction permits, including but <br />not limited to, the first Grading <br />Permit, Demolition Plans/Permits <br />and Building Plans/Permits or a <br />Notice to Proceed for Subdivisions, <br />but prior to the first preconstruction <br />meeting, whichever is applicable, <br />the Assistant Deputy Director (ADD) <br />Environmental designee shall verify <br />that the requirements for <br />Archaeological Monitoring and <br />Native American monitoring have <br />been noted on the applicable <br />construction documents through <br />the plan check process. <br />Less Than <br />Significant
