Post Construction Measures <br />A. In the event that impacts exceed <br />previously allowed amounts, additional <br />impacts shall be mitigated in accordance <br />with City Biology Guidelines, ESL and <br />MSCP, CEQA, and other applicable local, <br />state and federal law. The Qualified <br />Biologist shall submit a final BCME/report <br />to the satisfaction of the City ADD/MMC <br />within 30 days of construction completion. <br />
