In <br />certain circumstances OSHA safety <br />requirements may necessitate <br />modification of the AME. <br /> <br /> 2. The Native American consultant/ <br />monitor shall determine the extent <br />of their presence during soil <br />disturbing and grading/ <br />excavation/trenching activities <br />based on the AME and provide that <br />information to the PI and MMC. If <br />prehistoric resources are <br />encountered during the Native <br />American consultant/monitor’s <br />absence, work shall stop and the <br />Discovery Notification Process <br />detailed in Section III.B-C and IV.A-D <br />shall commence. <br />
