Curation of artifacts: Accession <br />Agreement and Acceptance Verification <br />1. The PI shall be responsible for <br />ensuring that all artifacts associated <br />with the survey, testing and/or data <br />recovery for this project are <br />permanently curated with an <br />appropriate institution. This shall be <br />completed in consultation with <br />MMC and the Native American <br />representative, as applicable. <br />2. The PI shall include the Acceptance <br />Verification from the curation <br />institution in the Final Monitoring <br />Report submitted to the RE or BI <br />and MMC. <br />3. When applicable to the situation, <br />the PI shall include written <br />verification from the Native <br />American consultant/monitor <br />indicating that Native American <br />resources were treated in <br />accordance with state law and/or <br />applicable agreements. If the <br />resources were reinterred, <br />verification shall be provided to <br />show what protective measures <br />
