5.0 Environmental Analysis 5.2 Biological Resources <br />Avion Project SEIR <br />Page 5.2-16 <br />III. Post Construction Measures <br />A. In the event that impacts exceed previously allowed amounts, additional impacts shall be <br />mitigated in accordance with City Biology Guidelines, ESL and MSCP, CEQA, and other <br />applicable local, state and federal law. The Qualified Biologist shall submit a final <br />BCME/report to the satisfaction of the City ADD/MMC within 30 days of construction <br />completion. <br />b. Sensitive Plants <br />No mitigation is required. <br />c. Sensitive Wildlife <br />Impacts to Cooper’s hawk and/or rufous-crowned sparrow would be mitigated through <br />implementation of MM-BIO-2. <br />d. Jurisdictional Waters <br />No mitigation is required. <br />5.2.4.5 Significance after Mitigation <br />a. Vegetation Communities <br />Implementation of mitigation measures MM-BIO-1 and MM-BIO-2 would reduce impacts to a level <br />less than significant. <br />b. Sensitive Wildlife <br />Implementation of mitigation measure MM-BIO-2 would reduce impacts to a level less than <br />significant. <br />5.2.5 Issue 4: Wildlife Movement Corridors <br />• Would the project interfere substantially with the movement of any native resident or <br />migratory fish or wildlife species or with established native resident or migratory wildlife <br />corridors, including linkages identified in the MSCP, or impede the use of native wildlife <br />nursery sites?
