Isolates <br />Impacts on all three isolates (RDS-1, RDS-2, and HJP-1) would be less than significant. <br />d. Other Sites <br />HJP-2 and RDS-4 are not located within the proposed development area and would not be impacted <br />by the project. <br />Unearthing of subsurface deposits associated with HJP-3 during project construction would have the <br />potential to result in a significant impact. <br />5.3.4.4 Mitigation, Monitoring, Reporting <br />MM-HIST-1: Archaeological Monitoring <br />I. Prior to Permit Issuance <br /> A. Entitlements Plan Check <br />1. Prior to issuance of any construction permits, including but not limited to, the first <br />Grading Permit, Demolition Plans/Permits and Building Plans/Permits or a Notice to <br />Proceed for Subdivisions, but prior to the first preconstruction meeting, whichever is <br />applicable, the Assistant Deputy Director (ADD) Environmental designee shall verify <br />that the requirements for Archaeological Monitoring and Native American <br />monitoring have been noted on the applicable construction documents through the <br />plan check process. <br /> B. Letters of Qualification have been submitted to ADD <br />1. The applicant shall submit a letter of verification to Mitigation Monitoring <br />Coordination (MMC) identifying the Principal Investigator (PI) for the project and the <br />names of all persons involved in the archaeological monitoring program, as defined <br />in the City of San Diego Historical Resources Guidelines (HRG).
