Client Participation <br />The City of Santa Ana will assist Enlightened Pictures by providing the following: <br />One person (from the City of Santa Ana) to act as liaison between the City and EP, and <br />to be present during all shooting to approve all work being recorded. <br />Detailed script outline for each video (confirming what the city would like us to focus on). <br />The City will work closely with EP throughout the contract period, which will include <br />phone calls, scheduling shootings and other logistics. The City Lead will also work with <br />EP to identify a mutually agreeable shooting schedule, then coordinate with participants <br />based on EP's input and budget parameters. <br />All props and background actors will be provided by the City. <br />City of Santa Ana logos, graphics, and Covid-19 signage if required. <br />Parking for at least three EP vehicles. <br />Access to all necessary locations and permits. <br />Timely notes and feedback on all work -in -progress to meet delivery deadlines. <br />EP INC.
