Project Site Maintenance <br />Work site will he left free of debris at the end of each workday. We <br />will not discharge smoke, dust, or any Other air containments in <br />quantities that violate the regulations of any legally constituted <br />authority. <br />Protection of Public and Private Property <br />WCA will provide all safety measures necessary to protect the public <br />and worker within the work area. We will maintain good public <br />relations at all times. The work will be conducted in a manner which <br />will cause the least disturbance. <br />Public Canvenience and Safety <br />WCA will comply with any and all local sound control and noise level <br />rules, regulations, and Ordinances which apply to any work <br />performed in the contracted area. All work will cease <br />by 5:00 pm or as directed by the Agency <br />*Excluding emergency services. <br />® 7� <br />Traffic Control 6.=1 \ <br />Traffic control procedures will he set-up in accordance with On Work Area Traffic <br />Control Handbook (WATCH) and State of Coiifornia Manual of Traffic Controls as well <br />as the Agency Traffic and Safety operating Rules. WCA will make adequate provisions <br />to insure the normal flaw of traffic over tho public streets and park roads. Every <br />effort will he made to keep commercial driveways and passageways open to the <br />public during business hours. High visibility arrowboerd(s) will he used when <br />needed Priorto use. the Agency will approve traffic safety equipment and devices. <br />Pedestrian and vahicolar traffic shall be allowed to pass through the work areas only <br />under conditions of safety and with as little inconvenience and delay as possible. <br />Unless the work area is totally barricaded or otherwise kept safe, at least one <br />worker will serve to coordinate safe Operations on the ground at all times Wien <br />wcrk operations are n progress. <br />SCREW\ <br />WORKING <br />IN <br />\TREESoo <br />25E-50 <br />Im <br />Page 207 <br />
