J. Oversee and support Concord Utility Services through deployment of field assets to install <br />meters, endpoints and supporting material in accordance with Appendix B, Installer SOW. <br />K. Oversee and support the deployment and integration of the Sensus Analytics Services <br />Management Application (SA/SMA) module used for the management of the Ally meter <br />population. <br />L. Oversee and support the deployment and integration of the NovusCenter WOMS used for <br />mass meter deployment <br />5.2. Santa Ana Responsibilities <br />A. Appoint a primary point of contact to coordinate with Aqua -Metric through the overall <br />delivery of the solution described herein. <br />B. Designate the appropriate city personnel to support and participate throughout the Project. <br />C. Provide secure locations identified within the Sensus Propagation Analysis suitable to <br />accommodate network infrastructure. <br />D. Perform System Acceptance Testing (SAT) for formal acceptance of the network <br />infrastructure, head end system, SA/SMA and SmartWorks. <br />E. Provide a secure location to store product and stage operations throughout the project. Santa <br />Ana shall grant access to Aqua -Metric or Concord's authorized personnel as necessary <br />during normal business hours to carry out daily operations during the deployment of meters <br />and SmartPoints. <br />6. Acceptance Criteria and Project Phases <br />Project phases include the Project Initiation and Planning Phase, Alpha POC (Proof of Concept) <br />Phase, Beta POC Phase, and Full Deployment Phase. The project will not proceed to the <br />subsequent phase until approved by Santa Ana using the Project Acceptance Criteria identified <br />in Appendix D. <br />7. Project Initiation and Planning <br />7.1. Aqua -Metric and Santa Ana will conduct Project Planning and Discovery Workshop(s) to <br />determine the following: <br />A. Core Project Team Organizational Chart <br />B. Project Plan and Timeline <br />C. Project Communication Management Plan <br />D. Product Acquisition Planning <br />i. Complete Customer Information Sheet <br />ii. Define meter and SmartPoint configuration profiles <br />iii. Issue purchase orders for network infrastructure and products used during Alpha POC <br />Phase. <br />iv. Coordinate with supplier(s) to determine manufacturing lead times and adjust Project <br />Timeline as necessary. <br />E. Meter and SmartPoint Installation Planning <br />2 5 H -20 Page 13 <br />
