telecom cabinet next to exit door; install new 120v circuit from j-box provided by <br />Santa Ana next to exit door; and sweep test. <br />e) City will be required to supply an electrical source at each Basestation site, as well <br />as provide an electrical base, mounting racks, and/or antenna mounts, as needed. <br />f) Basestation installation pricing, as outlined in Appendix A — Parts, Materials & <br />Pricing, will be subject to change based on actual site conditions and changes in <br />scope upon further site visits. Basestation Installation pricing does not include <br />excavating in rock or asphalt repair. <br />g) Dig alerts will be marked at the West Station, South Station, and East Station tower <br />sites. Santa Ana to provide contact for dig alert access. <br />h) Spare 3/4" conduit will be provided at each tower footing. Rigid conduit to be used <br />at each conduit stub up out of trench with 10mm tape for corrosion protection and <br />for all above ground conduit runs. <br />i) Revisions to the pricing will be submitted for approval by Santa Ana as outlined in <br />Appendix D — Acceptance Criteria & Payment Terms hereto. <br />i. Aqua -Metric will coordinate and conduct a site visit with Santa Ana at each proposed <br />location prior to installation. Concluding the site survey, Aqua -Metric and Santa Ana <br />will coordinate target dates for Basestation installation. <br />ii. Santa Ana will be responsible for providing the following at each Basestation site: <br />a) 120V single phase service with 15-amp breaker; <br />b) 3-wire flex conduit pigtail from the breaker to the Basestation <br />c) Cellular data plan for the backhaul device <br />iii. Aqua -Metric shall install and commission the Basestation, antenna, and <br />communications backhaul at each proposed site. <br />B. Head End System <br />i. Aqua -Metric will provide the technical resources and identify the detailed steps of the <br />standard integrations to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of <br />the Regional Network Interface ("RNI") with F1exNet Basestations, SmartWorks, and <br />the S&S enQuesta Customer Information System ("enQuesta"). <br />ii. Sensus will setup and configure the hosted RNI environment within Sensus' data <br />centers. Aqua -Metric and Sensus will configure the RNI for various Sensus systems <br />and acceptance of third -party application integrations. When applicable, Aqua -Metric <br />will provide guidance to Santa Ana on various application configurations when <br />different options are available. <br />iii. Aqua -Metric will provide S&S with the requirements needed to facilitate a sync file, <br />interface to receive readings, and the NovusCenter meter swap process to receive meter <br />exchange data within the CIS. <br />C. Harris SmartWorks Compass MDM / Systems & Software enQuesta AMI Integration <br />i. Harris will be responsible for providing the professional services necessary to setup <br />and configure SmartWorks to receive and send data (and other event notifications) <br />25H-22 Page 15 <br />
