B. Aqua -Metric will coordinate with Santa Ana to determine meter types and sizes which will <br />be deployed during the Alpha POC Phase. <br />C. Aqua -Metric will procure all product(s) needed during the Alpha POC Phase. Aqua -Metric <br />assumes all product(s) needed during the Alpha POC Phase will be delivered and stored <br />within a City provided facility. <br />8.3. Consumer Notifications <br />A. Aqua -Metric will assist in the development of print media needed through the duration of <br />the project. All documents will be drafted with a final proof provided to Santa Ana for <br />approval prior to printing. Santa Ana will be responsible for all costs to reprint materials for <br />alterations or changes in wording or imagery initiated by Santa Ana. For the scope of this <br />project, Aqua -Metric shall provide Santa Ana with the following printed media materials: <br />Pre -Installation Door Hangers <br />ii. Post -Installation Door Hangers <br />iii. General Notification Postcards <br />a) Santa Ana will be responsible for providing a current mailing list for all residential <br />and commercial customers. <br />b) All postcards will be marked with a return address of 20 Civic Center Plaza (M-14), <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701. All undelivered postcards will be returned to the City. Aqua - <br />Metric assumes any account which the postcard has failed to deliver will become <br />the responsibility of Santa Ana to notify the end user of the impending meter <br />replacement. <br />8.4. Deploy Alpha POC Phase Water Meters and SmartPoints <br />A. Aqua -Metric will conduct the Alpha POC Phase kickoff meeting with Concord's key <br />personnel. During this meeting, Aqua -Metric shall review project expectations, planned <br />routes, schedules, and training plans. <br />B. Aqua -Metric will coordinate postcard mailings to all residents who will be affected by the <br />meter exchange during the Alpha POC Phase four (4) weeks prior to commencing meter <br />exchanges. <br />C. Aqua -Metric will coordinate Concord's delivery of door hangers to all residents who will <br />be affected by the meter exchange during the Alpha POC Phase two (2) weeks prior to <br />commencing meter exchanges. <br />D. Once applicable notifications have been distributed, Aqua -Metric will permit Concord to <br />proceed with meter exchange services. <br />8.5. System Integration Testing ("SIT") <br />A. Aqua -Metric will confirm Sensus Basestation(s) have been installed with the appropriate <br />hardware and firmware build for RNI, the radio frequency cards are at the required revision <br />and Global Positioning System ("GPS") is configured and functional. <br />i. Update the firmware and/or hardware required for any Sensus Basestation required to <br />function in order to facilitate the RNI implementation. <br />ii.
