J. Aqua -Metric may, in its sole judgement and discretion, require Concord to remove an <br />employee from the Project who is in direct violation or continued violation of any <br />requirements herein. <br />2.3. Training <br />A. Concord will perform the services herein this ISOW within the applicable local, state, and <br />federal standards and code compliance. Aqua -Metric will provide Concord's supervisors <br />with training on installation, use, and troubleshooting of the meters, radios, activation <br />devices, and software needed to perform the services. Concord's supervisors will be <br />responsible for ensuring Concord's field technicians are adequately trained throughout the <br />course of the project. <br />2.4. City Corporate Yard, Equipment and Material Handling and Storage <br />A. Santa Ana will provide a secure location with adequate space to accommodate daily <br />operations and product storage through the duration of the project. Concord's personnel will <br />be granted access to the location during normal operating hours. <br />B. Aqua -Metric will furnish mobile storage units, waste and recycling containers, a forklift <br />and pallet truck through the duration of the project. <br />C. Concord will be responsible for securing and maintaining product and materials stored <br />onsite. All new product and materials shall be stored and organized within the locking <br />storage units. Concord's Project Supervisor will be provided with the key(s) needed to gain <br />access to the storage units and shall restrict access to all unauthorized personnel when <br />Concord's Project Supervisor is not onsite. <br />D. Concord will restrict forklift operators to only personnel who are qualified to operate a <br />forklift. All forklift operators shall carry a copy of their forklift certification and adhere to <br />OSHA and CalOSHA safe use guidelines while operating the forklift. <br />E. Concord shall maintain and practice good housekeeping at all times. All waste will be <br />disposed of accordingly in waste and recycling receptacles. <br />F. Concord's personnel shall park in designated locations only and not impede the flow of <br />other traffic. <br />2.5. Inventory Management <br />A. Concord will track product and materials in NovusCenter through the duration of the <br />Project. Concord's technicians will check out inventory daily and return all retired product <br />to Santa Ana. <br />B. Concord will coordinate with Aqua -Metric to ensure adequate product or materials are <br />onsite and available to perform the services throughout the Project. Concord's Project <br />Supervisor will work directly with Aqua -Metric to ensure inventory levels meet anticipated <br />daily production rates. <br />C. Concord will assume ownership and complete liability of all products and materials in its <br />possession upon delivery until such product or material has been successfully installed or <br />returned to the storage container. <br />D. Concord shall return any unused products or materials upon project completion or <br />termination of the Subcontractor Agreement. <br />25H-40 Page33 <br />
