The onsite sessions can be replaced with <br />remote online sessions upon agreement between SmartWorks and Customer. <br />2.6.1. Kick Off Meeting <br />The purpose of this onsite meeting is to introduce project team members and review the project at a high <br />level. Topics include scheduling, methodology, milestones, communication plan, and short-term focus. <br />Preliminary requirements for each integration are also reviewed. <br />Additional topics can also include a demo of the SmartWorks Software, as well as a review of <br />infrastructure components, including the Solution Architecture Diagram. <br />2.6.2. Compass Overview Session <br />The Overview Training is held with the core user group when initial configuration is complete. This session <br />occurs during the Analysis phase and is held remotely. <br />The overview training session provides users an overview of current system functionality. Upon conclusion <br />of this session, users are able to dive into the SmartWorks Compass platform and understand existing <br />configuration. <br />2.6.3. Discovery Session <br />The purpose of the Discovery Session is to demonstrate existing functionality and elicit feedback for <br />updates to functionality. Emphasis is placed on understanding existing customer business process and the <br />impact to the process due to SmartWorks Compass is documented in the Functional requirement <br />documents. <br />2.6.4. Functional and Process Training <br />During the Functional and Process Training, up to 10 users will be provided training on the SmartWorks <br />Software. In any training class exceeding ten (10) people, Santa Ana maybe assessed an additional charge <br />for additional Harris instructors. Harris will provide online reference documentation for Santa Ana's sole <br />internal use. System Navigation will be reviewed as well as the main business functions of the solution. <br />Following the Functional Training, the Business processes and use cases applicable to Customer will be <br />reviewed. <br />Topics typically covered in this training include: <br />• SmartWorks Software Overview <br />• Data Setup <br />• Meter Reads & Validating, Estimating, Editing—VEE <br />• Billing & Customer Service Functions <br />City of Santa Ana—SmartWorks Statement of Work <br />2 5 H -63 Page 56 <br />
