RECEIVE AND FILE A STATUS REPORT REGARDING THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE UPDATE TO THE GENERAL PLAN - Planning and Building <br />Agency <br />MOTION: Receive and file status of report regarding the comprehensive update <br />to the General Plan <br />Executive Director of Planning and Building Agency Minh Thai provided a brief <br />update on the progress of the General Plan. <br />Councilmember Penaloza requested the need for additional outreach as it relates <br />to the environmental justice component. <br />Additional comment provided by Councilmember Sarmiento after Item 25D, <br />commended staff for engaging the public under a compressed time period and <br />during the current conditions. <br />Councilmember Sarmiento provided a brief comment to commend staff for <br />engaging the public under a compressed time period and during the current <br />conditions. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND AGREEMENT ACCEPTING $52,049 IN <br />CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE SEXUAL ASSAULT EVIDENCE <br />SUBMISSION GRANT FUNDS (NON -GENERAL FUND) - Police Department <br />Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2021-037 - Accepting $52,049 total <br />revenue over a two-year period in the Law Enforcement Grants revenue <br />account and appropriate $28,627 for FY 20-21 in the Sexual Assault <br />Evidence Grant account. <br />2.
