2. Submit a draft report within 3 business days of becoming aware of the SSO <br />and certify within 15 calendar days of SSO end date. Enter data into the <br />CIWQS Online SSO Database(http://ciwgs.waterboards.ca.gov/). <br />3. Category 2 sewer spill certification will be performed by the City's Legally <br />Responsible Officer (LRO). <br />CATEGORY 3 SPILL REPORTING: <br />Category 3 spills are: <br />Less than 1,000 gallons which: <br />• Does not reach a drainage channel and/or waters of the State such as a river, <br />creek, ocean, or <br />o Enters a storm drainpipe but is fully recovered and returned to the sanitary <br />sewer system. <br />Reporting <br />Reporting for all Category 3 spills shall be made by the on -call duty employee, water <br />maintenance supervisor, and or water maintenance crew leader and shall be handled <br />as follows: <br />1. Call the Environmental Health Division of the Orange County Health Care <br />Agency (OCHCA). During working hours, call OCHCA directly at (714) 433- <br />6419. After working hours and on the weekends, notify OCHCA by calling <br />Orange County Control One (available 24 hours) at (714) 628-7008. <br />2. Category 3 spills must be reported and certified through the California <br />Integrated Water Quality System (CIWQS) within 30 days after the end of the <br />calendar month in which the SSO occurred. <br />3.
