Deliverables Summary <br />The consultant shall produce deliverables related to the scope of work provided herein. They <br />shall be provided in both hard copy and electronic format. Deliverables shall include, but are not <br />limited, to the following: <br />a) Public Outreach materials, written records and summaries of the results of all public process <br />and communication strategies. <br />b) Inventory, in various formats, of existing sites, and amenities, facilities located at each. This <br />inventory shall include: <br />i. Citywide Park Facilities Map and Table outlining facilities and amenities at each site. <br />c) Needs Assessment Report <br />d) Maintenance and Operations analysis <br />e) Charts, Graphs, Maps <br />f) Implementation Plan <br />g) Financial Plan <br />h) Draft Parks Master Plan <br />i) Final Master Plan <br />7. Items to be provided by the CITY <br />a) A PM responsible for the coordination of department involvement with the consultant. The <br />PM will review and approve all prepared written and presentation information for the public <br />and coordinate the arrangement, notice and costs associated with the public meetings. <br />b) Copies of all existing studies, plans, programs, and other data along with access to all <br />applicable records. <br />c) Assistance with community meetings. <br />
