The existing commercial facility, Ming's <br />Auto Repair, located at the northeast corner of Fourth and Mortimer streets (501 East Fourth Street), <br />is not part of the proposed project and will remain. Once the onsite buildings are demolished and <br />the sites are cleared, the applicant proposes to construct a mixed -use community on two <br />development sites, Site A and Site B, containing 169 residential units, 11,361 square feet of <br />leasable commercial area, and 422 onsite parking spaces.
