• Public Contract Code Section 10162 Questionnaire <br />• Statement Regarding Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) Requirements <br />V. PROPOSAL REVIEW (CONTRACTOR SELECTION) <br />A. EVALUATION AND RATING <br />Refer to SECTION I.C. <br />B. SELECTION <br />The committee may or may not interview the top ranking proposers. The City will <br />recommend award of the agreement to the proposers who will provide the best quality and <br />value to the City. City reserves the right to begin negotiations and enter into an agreement <br />without interview or further discussions. <br />A. REOUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Following evaluation and rating by the proposal review committee, the Executive Director <br />will recommend award of an agreement to the proposer providing the best quality and value <br />to the City. <br />B. EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />A standard agreement is included as Attachment 2: Standard Agreement in the <br />Appendix of this REP. "Proposer" will hereinafter be referred to as "Contractor" in <br />standard agreement. The term of the agreement will begin after the agreement is fully <br />executed, and all required insurance and documents and contents of the vendor registration <br />and payment information packet have been received and approved. <br />VII. IMPLEMENTATION <br />NOTICE TO PROCEED <br />A formal Notice to Proceed (NTP) may be issued after the agreement is fully executed, and <br />all insurance documents and contents of the Payment Information Packet have been <br />received and approved. <br />VIIL PUBLIC RECORDS <br />All responses to the REP shall become property of the City, and proposals will become <br />public record after award of agreement. Proposer information identified as proprietary <br />information shall be maintained confidential, to the extent allowed under the California <br />Public Records Act. <br />City of Sant (@FWG106 <br />
