PROJECTAPPROACH <br />A 24 hour Emergency Contact List with home and cell phone numbers of key personnel will be provided to the <br />City upon award of contract. Upon notification T.E. Roberts, Inc. will immediately respond within one hour to <br />assess the scope of work. A crew will mobilize within four to eight hours with appropriate personnel, <br />equipment and materials to begin repair work. Our extensive fleet of equipment and personnel allow us to <br />mobilize quickly. As an experienced underground contractor we will perform and provide quality service, <br />materials, and invoicing in a timely and professional manner. We will comply with Public Works Standards, <br />CWA, OSHA, DIR and Local, State and Federal regulations. T. E.
