<br />Mr. Alaga has bean with WCA sinca 1999. He has noarly 35 yaars exporiaaco in the arboriculture field, He is
<br />responsible for estimating, scheduling, contract administration, personnel and daily operation. He is responsible
<br />for field operations, customers service, and management of crews throughout the Inland Empire. Through his
<br />employment he has gained valuable experience in computer estimating, true inventory systems, and ousting
<br />programs winch are essential in the efficient operation of tree crews. Nick was recently recognized as WCA,
<br />Inc. Area Manager of the Year for FY 17-18.
<br />ALONSO GARCIA, SUPERVISOR

<br />As Site Supervisor. Alonso is a full-time employee who has worked for WCA, Inc. since 1997, He is responsible
<br />for reviewing the day's activities, assisting the Area Manager in scheduling, and ensuring proper safety
<br />procedures are being followed. As the Supervisor, he speaks fluent English and will communicate with City
<br />officials and other interested parties an a daily basis. Reports and resolves malfunctions, damage, or industrial
<br />Injury. He also assists in employee training programs, maintains records, and files daily reports and receipts.
<br />VALERIE RODRIGUEZ, CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
<br />Valerie has been with WCA, Inc. since 2DO2, as the CSR (Customer Service Representative) she is responsible
<br />for providing support to the Area Manager, Site Supervisors and crew. She is to act as a liaison between the
<br />company and it's clients as well as the general public. Valerie is responsible for responding to customer service
<br />Inquires and facilitating contracting functions, such as: mapping, underground service alert, data entry, field
<br />book preparation, list preparation, etc.

<br />Ernesto has been with WCA Inc. since 2011, his primary responsibility is to ensure safety company -wide which
<br />includes the development, implementation and review of the company's in-house training programs, crew safety
<br />audits, and the company's Injury 8 Illness Prevention Program,

<br />Tim as been with WCA since 2012, Our PHC program is managed in-house; there is no subcontracting. Staff is
<br />licensed by the CA Dept. of Pesticide Regulation. Our program goes beyond standard chemical applications as
<br />we expanded our services to include an Integrated Post Management program. Inspection, diagnosis and
<br />treatments are available as needed.
