PROPOSAL <br />Space Planning and Architectural Consulting Services <br />RFP No. 20-040 <br />Post Design Services <br />■ IDS' team will provide technical support during bid and construction phases including meetings when <br />requested by the City <br />o Deliverables: review of bidders7contractors' requests for information, bid addenda, submittal <br />review, and when requested review of contractors' application for payment, change order requests, <br />contract close-out including punch list documentation. <br />Move Management Services <br />■ IDS' team will develop move management plans. <br />o Deliverables: assessment of phasing options including likely impacts to construction costs, <br />development of a preferred option phasing plans, coordination of any construction documents to <br />the preferred option so that construction contract documents include contractor obligations under <br />the move management plan <br />Special Services <br />■ IDS' team will meet with the City's staff to review the project scope, budget, time and project <br />constraints, and priorities. Provide special services as delineated. <br />o Deliverables: Project specific delineated <br />Plans and Documents <br />IDS' team will meet with the City's staff to review the project scope, budget, time and project <br />constraints, and priorities. Develop and refine design solutions phase by phase for schematic design, <br />design development, and construction document. Refinement of design solutions will be done in close <br />consultation with the City and will follow City directives and going forward guidance <br />o Deliverables: design graphics and developed into technical construction drawings/specifications — <br />includes, as appropriate to the assignment and phases 2D plans, sections and elevations; rendered <br />3D drawings and illustrations; and product literature accompanied by product samples when <br />required. <br />"IDS GROUP 25G -J5 Page 20 <br />
