Relevant Project Experience <br />The Irvine Company Headquarters <br />Phase/Occupied Interior Renovation <br />Irvine, CA <br />Gensler helped re-evaluate the Irvine Company's own work environment <br />across Office, Resort, Retail and Community Development Divisions with <br />flexible standards and palettes that provide for future growth. <br />At the inception of the Irvine Company's <br />headquarters remodel project, it was <br />important to engage employees through <br />the Workplace Performance Index Survey, <br />in which results informed the design <br />team of several key findings. These <br />findings included; a lack of and variety of <br />collaboration spaces, individual work areas <br />were poorly utilized, and the employees <br />felt their work environment did not express <br />the quality brand of the company itself, <br />Gensler developed new workplace standards <br />for interior architecture and furnishings, <br />incorporating flexibility to support all four <br />work modes - collaboration, learning, focus <br />and socialization. New state of the art <br />technology and energy efficient lighting <br />was incorporated throughout.
