All were "on time" <br />and "on budget". The accuracy of <br />our construction cost estimates for <br />each project was 96% comparing <br />Final estimate vs. Actual Bid. BOA <br />successfully managed and <br />designed as many as 9 facilities <br />projects concurrently. This As - <br />Needed contract has been renewed <br />every year since 1995. <br />Since 1995 to date, BOA has had <br />an As -Needed contract with the City <br />of Long Beach, Public Works Dept. <br />to design ADA Compliance <br />architectural improvement projects <br />and other A/E renovation projects. <br />BOA has completed over 50 ADA <br />compliance projects to date (totaling <br />over 1,000,000 GSF of building <br />area) as part of the City's <br />implementation of its ADA Transition <br />Plan. Two projects were part of a <br />$40 million CDBG grant dedicated <br />specifically for ADA Compliance <br />projects. <br />BOA was responsible for ADA <br />Transition Plan validation, field <br />surveys, cost estimates, architecture <br />design for ADA Compliance <br />corrective actions, specifications, <br />construction documents, and <br />construction administration. BOA <br />often managed multiple projects, as <br />many as 10 ADA Compliance <br />projects concurrently.
