PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />EXCLUSION - FUNGI OR BACTERIA LIABILITY <br />(COVERAGE A AND B) <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />HANOVER COMMERCIAL FOLLOW FORM EXCESS AND UMBRELLA POLICY <br />The following is added to section VII. EXCLUSIONS, <br />paragraph 1. Applicable to Both Coverage A — Follow <br />Form Excess Liability and Coverage B — Umbrella <br />Liability: <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />Fungi or Bacteria <br />Any liability or expense arising out of "fungi" or <br />bacteria which would not have occurred, in whole or in <br />part, but for the actual, alleged or threatened inhalation <br />of, ingestion of, contact with, exposure to, existence of, <br />or presence of, any "fungi" or bacteria on or within a <br />building or structure, including its contents, regardless <br />of whether any other cause, event, material or product <br />contributed concurrently or in any sequence to such <br />injury or damage. <br />(1) This exclusion also applies to any loss, cost or <br />expenses arising out of the abating, testing for, <br />monitoring, cleaning up, removing, containing, <br />treating, detoxifying, neutralizing, remediating or <br />disposing of, or in any way responding to or <br />assessing the effects of, "fungi" or bacteria, by you <br />or by any other person or entity. <br />(2) For the purposes of this exclusion, "fungi" means <br />any type or form of fungus, including mold or <br />mildew and any mycotoxins, spores, scents or <br />byproducts produced or released by "fungi". <br />ALL OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. <br />RAMuagmadDlMsian <br />e ° REVIEWED & APPROVEDBY: <br />475-0080 12 14 Includes copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permissior o; <br />e Aeevaa <br />'�--'� Rfsk Management Specialist <br />
