PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />EXCLUSION - SILICA <br />(COVERAGE A AND B) <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />HANOVER COMMERCIAL FOLLOW FORM EXCESS AND UMBRELLA POLICY <br />The following is added to section VII. EXCLUSIONS, (3) <br />paragraph 1. Applicable to Both Coverage A — Follow <br />Form Excess Liability and Coverage B — Umbrella <br />Liability: <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />"Silica" or "Silica -Related Dust" <br />Any liability or expense arising out of any actual, <br />alleged, threatened or suspected: <br />Any loss cost or expense arising, in whole or in <br />part, out of the abating, testing for, monitoring, <br />cleaning up, removing, containing, treating, <br />detoxifying, neutralizing, remediating or disposing <br />of, or in any way responding to or assessing the <br />effects of, "silica" or "silica -related dust", by any <br />insured or by any other person or entity. <br />For the purpose of this exclusion, the following <br />definitions are added: <br />(1) Inhalation of, or ingestion of, "silica" or "silica- <br />relateddust"; "Silica" means silicon dioxide (occurring in crystalline, <br />amorphous and impure forms), silica particles, silica <br />(2) Threatened or suspected contact with, exposure dust or silica compounds. <br />to, existence of, or presence of, "silica" or "silica- <br />relateddust"; or "Silica -related dust" means a mixture or combination <br />of silica and other dust or particles. <br />ALL OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. <br />RAMuagmadDlMsian <br />e ° REVIEWED & APPROVED BY: <br />475-0084 12 14 Includes copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc. with its permission o; <br />e Aeevaa <br />'�--'� Rfsk Management Specialist <br />
