PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />EXCLUSION — EMPLOYEE BENEFITS LIABLITY <br />(COVERAGE B) <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />HANOVER COMMERCIAL FOLLOW FORM EXCESS AND UMBRELLA POLICY <br />A. The following is added to section VII. b. Interpreting "employee benefit programs"; <br />EXCLUSIONS, paragraph 3. Applicable to c. Handling of records in connection with <br />Coverage B — Umbrella Liability only: "employee benefits programs"; and <br />This insurance does not apply to <br />Employee Benefits Liability <br />Any liability or expense arising out of the <br />"administration" of an "insured's employee benefit <br />program". <br />B. For the purposes of this endorsement, the <br />following definitions are added to section IX. <br />DEFINITIONS: <br />"Administration" means: <br />a. Giving counsel to employees with respect to <br />"employee benefit programs"; <br />d.
