PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />HANOVER COMMERCIAL FOLLOW FORM EXCESS AND UMBRELLA POLICY <br />Section IX. DEFINITIONS, Applicable to Both <br />Coverage A — Follow Form Excess Liability and <br />Coverage B — Umbrella, 22. "Underlying <br />Insurance" is replaced by the following: <br />22. "Underlying insurance" means the liability <br />insurance coverage provided under policies shown <br />in the SCHEDULE OF UNDERLYING POLICIES <br />for the limits and policy periods indicated. It <br />includes any policies issued to replace those <br />policies during the term of this insurance that <br />provide: <br />a. At least the same limits of liability or limits of <br />insurance; and <br />b.
