6.2. An active route will be considered substantially complete when ninety percent (90%) of meters <br />within the route have been exchanged or Returned to Utility (RTU). Subsequent routes shall be <br />available for meter exchange services prior to route acceptance of the active route. <br />6.3. In a phased deployment, the Phase shall be considered Substantially Complete when Concord <br />has successfully exchanged or Returned to Utility (RTU) a minimum of ninety percent (90%) <br />of the meter quantity allocated for the respective phase. <br />6.4. In a full deployment, the Meter Services will be considered Substantially Complete when <br />Concord has successfully exchanged or Returned to Utility (RTU) a minimum of ninety percent <br />(90%) of the meter quantity allocated for the entire Project. <br />7. Project Close -Out <br />7.1. Route Acceptance <br />A. Aqua -Metric will verify all meters assigned to Concord for exchange have either been <br />successfully installed or flagged as RTU. <br />B. Aqua -Metric and Santa Ana will review and sign off on completion of the route. <br />C. Coordinate with Aqua -Metric's technical team to generate an electronic report <br />demonstrating all service accounts are in compliance with the provisions of Section 6.1. <br />D. Aqua -Metric verifies all routes have been accepted and signed off by Santa Ana. <br />7.2. Demobilization <br />A. Clean up and return any facilities provided by Aqua -Metric or Santa Ana. <br />B. Return any Aqua -Metric or City provided equipment to appropriate personnel. <br />C. Transfer overstock or planned inventory back to Aqua -Metric. <br />7.3. Meter Services Project Acceptance <br />A. Aqua -Metric and Concord will validate and execute Meter Services Project Acceptance <br />documentation. <br />i. Final report of completed service accounts <br />ii. Final report of RTU service accounts <br />iii. Final Route Acceptance Sign -Off <br />S. Meter Services Assumptions and Clarifications <br />8.1. All meters will be exchanged contiguously and sequentially through cycles and routes during <br />normal business hours of Monday Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. <br />8.2. No additional Direct Job Costs (city licenses, permits, etc.) are included and will be invoiced <br />as necessary and on occurrence at cost plus fifteen percent (15%). <br />8.3. Demobilization/Remobilization/Stand Down Contingency: The project <br />Mobilization/Demobilization is assumed for a single-phase move on and move off for <br />installation/deployment. If demobilization and remobilization occur during the project due to <br />reasons beyond Concord's control, excluding any State or Federal Government mandated <br />suspensions, additional contingency fees will be assessed. <br />2 5 H -46 Page 39 <br />
