(Exhibits 1 - 4). Each proposal demonstrated a high technical competency and experience performing similar services. The proposals demonstrated a clear path toward achieving City goals and objectives as required by the RFP. FISCAL IMPACT These on -call agreements will be used for various water capital projects and for the Warner Avenue Improvements Phase 2 project (Project No. 18-6901). Funds are budgeted and available for expenditure in the current fiscal year and will be budgeted in future fiscal years based on the needs of the Public Works Agency.
