We will <br />establish lines of communication and <br />reporting and establish reporting requirements. OPC will <br />create a comprehensive R/W Plan in compliance with the <br />PWA's adopted R/W Policies and prepare a more refined <br />schedule for completing the work. OPC's R/W Plan and <br />schedule will list each task and identify the activities that <br />must be accomplished. <br />Our approach to project management will include: <br />• Manage and attend <br />meetings for Project <br />Delivery, City/PWA <br />meetings, Advisory <br />Committee meetings, and <br />other public stakeholder's <br />meetings. <br />• Preparation of tracking <br />reports to monitor <br />completion of project <br />milestones. <br />• Preparation/presentation <br />of monthly written status <br />reports. <br />• Coordination with federal/ <br />state oversight agencies. <br />• Prepare a risk registry with <br />foreseeable challenges to <br />budget/schedule (and list <br />of viable solutions). <br />To make sure that all members of the <br />team are in agreement as to the PWA's <br />desired process and timeline, OPC's <br />assigned task order Project Managers <br />are responsible for: <br />Tracking and managing all <br />budgetary -related aspects of the <br />project associated with OPC's <br />Scope of Work.
