Ward 3. The City Council also declares Jessie Lopez elected to the office of <br />Councilmember for Ward 3 of the City of Santa Ana for a four-year term. <br />G. The City Council determines in accordance with Section 406 of the City <br />Charter that Johnathan Ryan Hernandez is entitled to hold the office of <br />Councilmember for Ward 5. The City Council also declares Johnathan Ryan <br />Hernandez elected to the office of Councilmember for Ward 5 of the City of <br />Santa Ana for a four-year term. <br />Section 2.
