Sustainable Business Practice Plan
We are committed to a strong local hiring program. We plan to give hiring
preference to Santa Ana residents to increase our commitment as a local
partner and as a good steward of the community. The goal will be
accomplished through the application of the following hiring and onboarding
plan:
a. Goal is 100% of workforce to be from Santa Ana, minimum 25% to be
implemented in the first year.
b. Post job ads locally on a monthly basis:
I. Santa Ana Work Center
II. Women Helping Women
III. Men2Work
Iv. LGBT Center of OC
v. Fourth Street Market
We will utilize local sourcing and give priority to Santa Ana vendors for
obtaining all cannabis products to be sold in the stores. We have identified
and made initial arrangements with local vendors to secure local distribution.
Employee training on cannabis, employee handbook and training manual. All
of our employees are provided substantial training on strain identification,
medical applications, and customer service. We want to provide the most
education to our consumers and push organic and local sourced brands.
No prior cannabis industry experience required to work for us so we can be
more inclusive to the Local community. Most people with industry experience
come from long standing licensed areas like northern California.
Sustainable business and building practices
We are committed to creating a wellness plan and free gym memberships
for all workers.
