AAA Health Center understands that a healthy work force is a positive attribute
to both the company's success and the workers well- being. In effort to
encourage a healthy lifestyle we will provide free gym memberships to all
employees to stay fit. We are also working with a yoga instructor and a
meditation leader for group sessions during the workday to minimize stress and
help strengthen the immune systems of our employees.
Additional benefits:
401 k program after three months of employment
Paid sick leave and paid time off for military, jury duty, voting, donations
(blood, organ, etc.) domestic violence, crime victims, and
maternity/paternity
Our company sick leave policy outlines our company' s provisions for
employees who become sick and need to be absent from work. Due to COVID-
19 we are giving emergency paid leave to those that are affected along with
their regularly paid sick time. When employees want to use their sick time, they
should notify their supervisor as soon as possible either through email or phone
and they will provide a comprehensive action plan to successfully bring the
employee back into the work environment.
Regular contributions to local charities and green practices
I. We will be interviewing and screening local charities to find worthy
partners to donate $30,000 annually to. It is a lengthy process to identify
reputable partners that will ensure the money we donate actually goes to
the intended recipients. We are targeting the Gay and Lesbian
community services center of Orange County, The Santa Ana Police
Foundation and The Orange County Community Housing Corp.
II. We donated backpacks to Whitney elementary for back to school in Las
Vegas and we are reaching out to Santa Ana schools to find one willing
to take our donations.
III. Food donation to Salvation Army in Santa Ana on a monthly basis of at
least $500
