Convert and load to Avenue Insights Revenue Administration system all UUT taxpayer records (to be <br />provided by the City); <br />2. Verify with the City all UUT taxpayer letters, forms, and notices to be used (these can be based on existing <br />City forms and correspondence or further customized to the City's desire); <br />3. Configuration of a secure web filing and payment portal for use by the City's UUT (or other tax types) <br />taxpayers; <br />4. Contacting all UUT taxpayers by mail, including an introductory letter with new filing address(es), 24- <br />hour telephone contact information for taxpayer support, and web filing instructions; and other follow-ups as <br />directed by the City; <br />5. Cutover from City to Avenue Insights' UUT Administration system according to a schedule to be <br />developed in coordination with the City's staff and in accordance with the City's needs. <br />
