l TIEConsYruc(lan Menuynrs, Consu¢Irty EnyL,eorr <br />Vladimir Burce, P.E. <br />Technical Advisor <br />of 24-inch pipe; 13,500-LF of 36-inch pipe; isolating valves; air release and <br />vacuum valve assemblies; and blow -off assemblies. <br />North Main Corona Metrolink Station Parking Structure; Corona, <br />California (Riverside County Transportation Commission) —This project <br />site consisted of a six -story concrete structure for 1,065 parking spaces; <br />construction costs estimated at $25 million. Mr. Burce performed as the <br />Owner's Representative responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks, <br />including processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders; negotiating costs; <br />performing in-house resource allocation; scheduling; and strengthening <br />relationships with the public, outside jurisdictional agencies and departments, <br />general contractor, and subconsultant / inspection team. Oversaw site works <br />(civil) improvements, entry monuments, and landscaping of the surrounding <br />and servicing the parking structure, and coordinated design -build of the <br />Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) security and fiber-optic services within the <br />parking structure. Part of the CCTV coordination included commissioning the <br />system between the parking structure and the security hub located at the <br />Downtown Riverside Metrolink Station, <br />Ventura County Highway Projects (CAL.TRANS)—Mr. Burce was part of <br />the Project/Program Management division within CALTRANS, which <br />evaluated budgets and schedules through cross -departmental discussions <br />with project teams responsible within the Ventura County area. These <br />discussions were conducted on a monthly basis to monitor the plans, <br />specifications, and estimates (PS&E) preparation efforts for the following <br />projects: <br />- Highway 126, Widening Improvements <br />- Highway 101, Bridge Widening and Trail Improvements <br />- Highway 23 and 118, Junction Improvements <br />- Emergency Design & Construction Projects <br />Mr. Burce helped conduct a public outreach presentation for residents <br />affected by construction and road closures during landslide mitigation along <br />Highway 150 within the City of Santa Paula. On another emergency landslide <br />repair along Interstate Highway 5 within the Castaic area, Mr. Burce assisted <br />the PS&E process between District No. Ts design team and the Structures <br />Construction group in Sacramento. <br />
