HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION MINUTES 9 OCTOBER 29, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br />LOCATION: 2042 N Victoria Drive (historically known as the Hamilton-Schoppert House) <br />located in the Single Family Residential (R-1) zoning district. <br /> <br />REQUEST: The applicant is requesting approval of a historic resources commission <br />application, historic register categorization, and historic property preservation agreement to <br />allow the placement and categorization in the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties <br />as Contributive for the above-mentioned property and to execute a historic property <br />preservation agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Case Planner Gomez provided a staff presentation. Concern was expressed regarding the <br />architectural style of the property.
