THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />THE <br />HARTFORD <br />(b) To "fine arts" on exhibition at fairgrounds or at any type of exposition, unless such locations are listed <br />and described in the Declarations. <br />(5) Additional Conditions <br />(a) Valuation <br />"Fine arts" covered under this Coverage Extension will be valued at the market value at the time of <br />loss or damage. <br />(b) Pair or Set <br />In case of total loss to a "fine art" item which is part of a pair or set, we agree to pay you the full market <br />value of the pair or set and you agree to surrender the remaining item(s) of the pair or set to us. <br />(c) Packing <br />You agree that "fine arts" will be packed and unpacked by competent packers. <br />(d) Recovered Property <br />If either you or we recover any property after loss settlement, that party must give the other prompt <br />notice. At your option, you may retain the property. But then you must return to us the amount we paid <br />to you for the property. We will pay recovery expenses and the expenses to repair the "fine arts", <br />subject to the Limit of Insurance. <br />(6) The most we will pay in any one occurrence under this Coverage Extension is the Limit of Insurance <br />shown in the Declarations for Fine Arts Coverage. <br />B.
