CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />First Party Glossary of Defined Terms <br />Tenant's Lease Interest <br />Tenant's lease interest means the difference between: <br />A. the actual rent due for the unexpired portion of the cancelled lease at the time of covered loss or damage; and <br />B. the rent due under the new lease for the same time period. <br />Theft <br />Theft means the unlawful taking of property. <br />Time Element Coverage <br />Time element coverage means business income, research and development business income or extra expense <br />to the extent these apply under this Business Property Coverage Part. <br />Transfer Agreement <br />Transfer agreement means a written agreement with any financial institution authorized to transfer money and <br />securities at the Named Insured's request. <br />Unspecified Location <br />Unspecified location means: <br />A. a premises not listed in the Business Property Schedule of Locations; or <br />B. a fair, trade show or exhibition. <br />An unspecified location does not include: <br />1. a location; <br />2. a newly acquired location; <br />3. a reported unspecified location; <br />4. an installation location; or <br />5. a dependent property with respect to loss or damage covered by any time element coverage. <br />Volcanic Eruption <br />Volcanic eruption means the eruption, explosion or effusion of a volcano that gives rise to physical loss or damage <br />when such loss or damage is caused by: <br />A. airborne volcanic blast or airborne shock waves; <br />B. ash, dust or particulate matter; or <br />C. lava flow. <br />Water Damage <br />Water damage means: <br />A. the discharge or leakage of domestic or process water or steam from: <br />1. water pipes and any other apparatus meant to carry or distribute water including, <br />tubes and fire protection sprinkler system piping; <br />CNA62641XX 10-15 <br />Copyright CNA All Rights Reserved. <br />�oRaN Risk MmRgzmerttDiAsian <br />REVIEWED & APPROVED BY.- <br />3 z <br />PZ.
