CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />Business Property Coverage Part <br />b. the actual loss of research and development business income the Named Insured sustains during the <br />period of restoration due to the necessary suspension or delay of research and development projects; <br />and <br />c. extra expense, <br />as a result of compliance with an ordinance or law that requires the clean up or removal of contaminants or <br />pollutants from land or water at a location or reported unspecified location as a direct result of a covered <br />peril. <br />3. The most the Insurer will pay for all loss, cost or expense combined under this ADDITIONAL COVERAGE at <br />any one location or reported unspecified location for any one occurrence is the Contaminants or <br />Pollutant Clean Up and Removal Coverage — Property Damage and Time Element Combined Limit of <br />Insurance. <br />B. Contamination by a Refrigerant Coverage <br />1. The Insurer will pay for direct physical loss of or damage to personal property caused by the release or <br />escape of refrigerants from any refrigeration equipment at a location or reported unspecified location <br />provided the release or escape was not caused by or resulting from earthquake or flood, even if those are <br />otherwise covered perils. <br />2. The most the Insurer will pay for loss or damage under this ADDITIONAL COVERAGE at any one location <br />or reported unspecified location for any one occurrence is the Contamination by a Refrigerant <br />Coverage Limit of Insurance. <br />The Limit for this ADDITIONAL COVERAGE is included in, and not in addition to, any other applicable <br />Personal Property Coverage Limit of Insurance. <br />3. The Contaminants or Pollutants Excluded Peril under the EXCLUSIONS section does not apply, but only to <br />the extent of the coverage provided under this ADDITIONAL COVERAGE. <br />C. Contractual Penalties Coverage <br />1. The Insurer will pay for contractual penalties specified in a written contract that the Named Insured incurs for <br />material breach of the terms of such contract where such breach is the result of direct physical loss of or <br />damage to covered property directly caused by a covered peril. <br />2. The most the Insurer will pay for such contractual penalties under this ADDITIONAL COVERAGE for any one <br />occurrence is the Contractual Penalties Coverage Limit of Insurance. <br />D. Denial of Access Coverage <br />To the extent time element coverage is applicable at that location or reported unspecified location, the <br />following coverages apply at the location or reported unspecified location where the suspension or delay of <br />operations occurs: <br />1. Civil Authority <br />a. For up to the number of days shown on the Business Property Schedule of Coverages and Limits, the <br />Insurer will pay, as provided, for: <br />i.
